Saying ‘I Can’t Marry A Poor Man’,Is A Symptom Of Poverty-Reno Omokri

Popular Nigerian Lawyer, Author and Social Media commentator Reno Omokri has decoded the popular statement by most ladies ‘I can’t marry a poor man’ in his latest nugget.

According to Reno Omokri, saying ‘I can’t marry a poor man’ is a symptom of poverty.

He further indicated that women who grew up in wealth do not have the aforesaid mentality adding that such women know how to make money and don’t have the mentality of overly depending on men for their needs.

Reno Omkori took to his Twitter handle to differentiate between the mentality of poor women and rich women.

He wrote:

” ‘I can’t marry a poor man’,is a symptom of poverty. Women who grew up in wealth usually don’t have that mentality.They know how to make money,so money is not their focus. What you will hear them say is ‘I can’t marry a man who does not love me’!”
