The Father Of My Children Did This To Me – Morenikeji Awosanya

When one uses force and total control to gain power over one person in marriage or an intimate relationship, it can be seen as domestic abuse. Many times, abusers use guilt, fear, shame to wear another down. This is known as domestic violence. It does not discriminate and can happen to anyone.

Morenikeji Awosanya, reported on the social media of an incident that happened to her. According to her report, her children’s father caused physical injuries to her body parts.

According to her, ” He came back home drunk and started beating me and sent me out of the house in the middle of the night”.

Marriage Chronicles: The days we are in are evil and a lot of men are under pressure. However, it doesn’t take a man who has the tendencies for domestic violence anything to abuse his wife. Some derive pride and pleasure from beating up their women at every slightest provocation. I am sure this is not the first time such an incidence is happening to this woman in her marriage.

You don’t have to stay in a marriage full of domestic violence and abuses. There may be few or more reasons why you should endure but whatever reasons you have is not enough to keep taking such inhumane treatment from the man you loved and had kids with. Ladies, you don’t need to be advised or told that it is time to end it, you need to move away from such men as far as you can to avoid being killed in the name of marriage.

Also there are laws governing domestic violence in your country, so you may have to report to the law enforcement agencies for intervention before things get out of hand. Please ladies be wise keep a good distance from such men like this.
