Five Things to Do when You’re ‘Hunny’ without a Boo during the Lockdown.

According to research, most people experience excessive uneasiness due to long periods of sexual abstinence. You know how you always obsess over the things you can’t have and which appear unreachable to you? The same goes with s..x as well. If you feel the lack of it, you start missing it so badly that it takes control over your life completely. The situation is even worse for ladies who go through on and off periods than men. It’s true that most, if not all, ladies feel so strongly for s..x few hours or days after their periods. The case can be worse for ladies with very high libidos. This doesn’t mean they have a problem, sexual drives differ in people so, don’t think you have a problem being highly sexually on fire. Though there are few instances that feeling for s…x at every given time could be abnormal, I will talk about that another day. The following 5 points will help you deal with your sexual uneasiness during this Lockdown period:

1. Admit that you Have a Problem

It is natural for a healthy human being to feel sexual desire for someone they’re attracted to, but if your thoughts and impulses are beginning to control you, it is time to do something about it. The first step in the process of dealing with your constant ‘heat’ is accepting that you have a problem and that you being ‘hunny’ all the time is making your life more difficult. You see, there is no point in denial. If you try pretending that your constant ‘hunniness’ doesn’t exist, you won’t chase it away. Instead, slowly, it will take more and more control over your life. Which can be more killing or frustrating than the economic and social hardship the Corona Virus Pandemic is causing to your life.

2. Find Out the Reasons for your constant Arousal

There are many different reasons for someone being always ‘hunny’ and some of them include health or psychological problems, medications such as birth control pills, as well as the aphrodisiac foods or drinks you might be taking without even being aware of the impact they have on you. You can’t work on your ‘Hunniness’ until you understand why it’s happening. You will have to ask yourself some questions: Is this just because of the Corona Virus Social distancing or Lockdown stress or is it just the way you feel whenever your lover is separated from you? Are you ‘hunny’ due to a lack of s..x or does your constant uneasiness continue even when you have a regular s..x life? Are you experiencing some health problems? Has something out of the ordinary happened in your life lately that might cause this change of behavior? If you’re a woman, are you in the middle of your menstrual cycle and is there a possibility of you being pregnant? Is your bladder full most of the time and are you using birth control pills?

3. Take A Shower

One effective way to struggle with your ‘s…xual’ heat is to take an ice cold shower every time you get incredibly ‘hunny’. Cold water will calm you down and trick your body into stopping to feel hunny. But this is a temporary solution and you can’t keep taking your shower all the time.

4. Be Physically Active

Physical activity is foremost, the number one cure for constant ‘hunniness’. To put things simply: you need to get your body tired to the point when it won’t have any strength left to be in the mood for s..x. Take note: certain exercises can also put you in a sexual mood so, make sure you do multiple exercises until you are so exhausted. It will also help your body to be fit.

5. Keep Your Mind Busy

The truth is that your body is the one which expresses your sexual desire: you become unnecessarily hyper when you think too much about s…x. This entire process is fully controlled by your brain, which you should focus on reprogramming if you want to resolve your problem successfully in the long run. The best way to do this is to keep your mind as busy as possible. Every time s…x comes through your head, focus your thoughts on something else. I won’t lie to you—this will be difficult at first, but with some practice, you’ll accomplish it.

There is always positivity wherever you find negativity. In this period of Lockdown, try to discover more about yourself, your relationship, your career, your vision and purpose in life. It is also a time for sober reflection which should strengthen your relationship more with God. It’s no time for masturbation, usages of different sizes of dildos or looking for just any available being to satisfy your sexual urge, engaging in oral s..x, unproductive gossips or those things that won’t help you to make a better living when this whole Corona Virus pandemic is over.
